Who do the current owners use for insurance for the property? On a rare occasion there may be water over the pier on exceptionally high water levels, but the current owners have never had a flood on the property. The property is currently insured by RSG Specialty, LLC, through agent Bill Howard with Clark & Sampson in Alexandria, Virginia (703) 683-6601. The boat is under a separate insurance policy with Geico Marine Insurance Company through Boat U.S. Marine Insurance Program Agency (800) 283-2883.

Approximately 8 window units in the main house, and 3 window units in the guest house. There are approximately 6-8 portable heaters for heat.
